The Terms of Use describe your rights and responsibilities and state the terms and conditions under which you may use the website. The Terms of Use represent a binding agreement between Renewed Perspectives Registered Psychotherapy (referred to as RPRP) and you (your). Please read this document before using RPRP’s website. If you are going to access and use the website, you must accept and agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms of Use. If you do not agree or accept, then you do not have permission to use the website and must exit the website. You must be 16 years old to use the website; if you are not, you should immediately stop using the website.
The terms of use were last updated on the date provided at the top of this document. RPRP reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify/change the Terms of Use at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any changes made.

Scope of Use

The information, data, and any content provided on the website are provided for general informational purposes only and may not be redistributed by you. You are not allowed to impersonate or attempt to impersonate RPRP, its employees, owner, or representatives. You cannot send or attempt to send any promotional materials or advertising, including but not limited to spam or junk mail. Indemnify

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RPRP, the owner, any employees and representatives from and against any claim, action or demand, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees and court costs, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, or your use of the website. In the event that the Terms of Use are held to be invalid or unenforceable, you agree that the maximum cumulative liability of RPRP is limited to the amount of fifty Canadian dollars ($50.00).

Infringement Claims

You agree that, other than the right to access the website and view the Information contained on the website under the terms and conditions set forth herein, you acquire no ownership, title, right or interest of any kind in or to the website or any portion of any information on the website, and that all title, right and interest therein and thereto remains with RPRP. You may not copy any of the information provided on the website.
If you believe that any of the information on the website infringes on your intellectual property rights, please provide notice by email to info@rppsychotherapy.ca with the title of Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights.
Your notice of claimed infringement must include: (a) physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner of authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed from the site, as well as information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (d) information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the copyright owner, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Please note that we will not process your complaint if it is not properly filled out or is incomplete. You may be held accountable for damages, including but not limited to costs and attorneys’ fees for any misrepresentation or bad faith claims regarding the infringement of your intellectual property rights by the content on this website.

Termination

The Terms of Use shall remain effective indefinitely until terminated by RPRP. RPRP reserves the right to terminate the Terms of Use and/or your access to and use of the website at any time, in its sole discretion and without the requirement of written notification.

General

The relationship between you and RPRP under these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein) without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These terms shall not be governed by the United Nations convention. The failure of RPRP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RPRP regarding our website and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had with you regarding the website.
