How do I book an appointment?
All new clients will have a free 20-minute phone consultation to explore if we are a good therapeutic fit. If we decide to continue into therapy we will book our first appointment, if we decide another professional is a better fit we will explore referral options.
There are three ways to book an appointment, 1. Use the link to book a consultation through Jane, 2. Call RPRP to book a consultation 3. Email RPRP to book a consultation.
Do you offer in-person therapy?

Renewed Perspectives Registered Psychotherapy has an
independent contract where they offer in-person services in Belleville, Ontario. RPRP provides virtual services to those who reside in Ontario.

Does RPRP prescribe medication or diagnose?

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, so I do not prescribe
medication or diagnose. If you are looking for a diagnosis, a psychologist or psychiatrist can provide assessments and diagnosis. If you are looking for medication, a psychiatrist can complete the proper assessments and prescribe.

What do I need to know about the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is 20 minutes in length. This session will be use to get insight into your concerns and to ensure what you are seeking therapy for is within my wheelhouse. The right therapeutic fit is crucial for therapy. It also explores the fees of therapy and answers any questions you may have before beginning the therapeutic journey. From there we can determine next steps.

Please note: This is a FREE 20 minute phone consultation.
