Is This You?

Do you find you are often the “rock” for others? Do you find it challenging to put your needs in the mix with everyone else’s? Are you overwhelmed by the loss of a loved one, this person may have passed a couple of years ago, but it still feels like just yesterday. Are you struggling to manage the demands of daily life, or experiencing persistent anxiety? You may benefit from our services

Step 1

Contemplation

In this stage, you may be aware that something needs to change but are not yet ready to take action. It’s a time for reflection and considering the possibility of seeking help. Explore our resources and learn more about how therapy can support you.

Step 2

Preparation

You have decided that you want to make a change and are preparing to take the first steps. This stage involves gathering information and making a plan. Schedule a consultation with us to discuss your concerns and how we may assist you on your journey.

Step 3

Action

In the action stage, you are actively working on your healing journey. This involves attending therapy sessions and implementing the strategies discussed. We are here to support you every step of the way, providing guidance and encouragement.

Step 4

Maintenance

After making significant progress, the maintenance stage focuses on sustaining the progress/changes you have made. This may involve continued support, such as an occasional one-time appointment for a refresher on skills used, for example. Often times when we reach our goals, we are then faced with new challenges, which go into the action, preparation, or contemplation stages.
